ASCEND By Bruce Rowe At Hub

15th May, 2018

The founder and director of Anchor Ceramics explores balance, form, and scale in his new show at Hub.

Hub Furniture presents a new exhibition by Bruce Rowe, ASCEND, in their new Abbotsford showroom, with a special capsule collection exhibiting at The Hub General Store in Collingwood.

The founder and creative director of the rather visionary ceramics studio, , Bruce is recognised in the design world as a significant contributor with his contemporary practice.

In ASCEND, Bruce has created geometric slab-built pieces that are architectural in their essence and explore balance, form, and scale. There is both a depth and delicacy as well as an element of mystery to these one-off works that offer multiple vantage points to stairs, voids, gateways, bridges, corridors, and paths!

Following their hugely-popular installation with Turkish-American artist, Geronimo,  The Hub General Store continues to showcase established talent alongside their eclectic retail edit.

ASCEND by Bruce Rowe
May 18th-June 15th
