A Life Individual

Lucy Feagins
Thursday 29th June 2017

The Sydney home of artist  and her family is a bright and cheerful space, full of bold colour and playful, contemporary details.

Andrea has an intuitive way with colour. In both her work and her home, the artist brilliantly weaves together unexpected layers of colour and texture, favouring strong geometric forms and repeating shapes. With a quiet confidence, Andrea has created a distinctive, character-filled home here, and despite its grand flourishes (That pool! That view!) at heart, this space is a relaxed and very personal sanctuary.

‘With a young family, our home has to nurture us, it has to be practical and adapt and change as we evolve – and it has to make us all feel happy’ Andrea muses. ‘It really is that simple.’
